As a Product Owner at CoreView, you will be a pivotal figure in our engineering efforts, contributing to the delivery and refinement of innovative features for our platform. Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver precise specifications for minor features and play a significant role in major launches.
• Foster strong team relationships, articulating the goals and business rationale of your projects clearly.
• Engage in quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality feature releases.
• Analyze product usage data and conduct customer interviews for actionable insights.
• Apply and expand your UX knowledge to continuously improve product usability.
• Gradually take on more involvement in the overarching product strategy and vision.

Essential Qualifications and Expertise

• Deep M365 Domain Proficiency: We seek someone with in-depth knowledge of Microsoft 365 products, including Entra ID, SharePoint, Teams, and OneDrive. Ideal candidates have experience in roles such as System Administrator or Technical Account Manager, providing them with a thorough understanding of M365's capabilities and potential.
• Analytical Skills: Approach complex issues with a structured mindset, emphasizing fine details that drive impact.
• Proactive and Responsible: Possess the initiative and drive necessary for continuous enhancement and excellence.
• Problem-Solving Framework: Ability to employ systematic problem-solving techniques to identify root causes and devise innovative solutions.
• Strong Communication: Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential for effective interaction and documentation.
