Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Full-stack Developer to create websites for our projects and to enhance our corporate website (etifor.com) and our e-commerce site (wownature.eu).

Role and responsibilities

The candidate will be part of the Marketing & Communication Unit. The selected person will be responsible for:

Website development and management (about 60% of their time):

• Implementing our e-commerce site (wownature.eu) built with Wordpress and Woocommerce integrated with custom systems (Symfony);
• Managing and updating Wordpress sites (e.g., etifor.com);
• Designing the UX (user experience) and UI (user interface) of websites.

Internal digital processes (about 40% of their time):

• Implementing new digital solutions to make the team's work more efficient;
• Managing interactions with external IT suppliers and acting as an internal point of reference;
• Activating digital processes and supporting staff (e.g., software downloads, etc.);
• Monitoring the company's digital security.

Education

Possessing a degree in a specific field of study (e.g., computer science) is not mandatory, but educational qualifications related to this sector will be positively evaluated. Also, Etifor offers the possibility to undertake various training paths financed by the company itself, based on your speficic training needs.

Experience

A minimum of 3 years of experience in the role (or less with a degree in the same field) is required.

Required skills

• You are passionate about development;
• You have a flexible, problem-solving mindset;
• You understand and speak Italian and English (minimum level B2). Etifor is an Italian company with international partners, so official communications are in both languages;
• You know and regularly use HTML, CSS, and JavaScript;
• You have at least a basic understanding of web application development (in PHP, Python, or others);
• You can manage relational databases (MySQL or PostgreSQL).

It would be even better if:

• You have already developed websites in WordPress and WooCommerce;
• You are familiar with the Google Workspace universe;
• You have a good foundation in SEO;
• You know the Symfony framework.
